RESIDENTIAL

This is the most common roofing material in the U.S., used by about 75% of all homes due to their low cost. 

The drawback is Composition Asphalt Shingles have a shorter life expectancy compared to other roofing materials like metal or stone, but we can repair or replace them, no problem.

We specialize in replacing  Wooden Shingles or Shakes that have been damaged by fire or other causes. We can also install wooden rooftops for decorative purposes.

Metal Roofs are a great option because they are strong, durable, and resistant to fire. They’re also energy efficient, which means saving money on your energy bill. We are more than happy to install and repair Metal Roofs.

Made from clay, Tile Roofs are one of the most durable roofing options. They’re low-maintenance, extremely weather-resistant, and give the home a European appeal.  On the other hand, they are very heavy and may pose certain weight-related risks to a home’s foundation.

COMMERCIAL

These white single-ply roof membranes are manufactured from ethylene propylene rubber and are great for expansive commercial rooftops because they’re are resistant to chemicals, fire, grease, strong winds, and punctures.

Elastomeric Coating is a stretchy, waterproof repair solution that is 10x thicker than paint and can be applied to just about any type of roofing to repair leaks and protect against wind-driven rain. This special coating can also come in a variety of colors, making it a nice enhancement solution as well.

EPDM stands for ethylene propylene diene monomer and is commonly referred to as rubber roofing. EPDM is an exceptional roofing solution for several reasons, including:

  • Hail-resistant
  • Puncture-resistant
  • Remains flexible for 50+ years
  • Low-maintenance
  • Easy to repair

Although they are becoming less and less popular due to cheaper, less labor-intense, and longer-lasting options, Tar and Gravel roofing systems are still used best for low-slope surfaces. They are made-up of laminated layers of asphalt based sheets, hot tar, and roofing felt.
